Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Technical Director (AVP) to lead the technical strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence for Smart Security & Automation solutions.

You will guide product development, solution delivery, and digital transformation initiatives with a focus on scalable, secure, and high-quality outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; a master's is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in security systems, automation, or large-scale systems integration.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of physical security, IT/OT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap, solution architecture, and engineering standards.
• Provide technical leadership for security, automation, and systems integration projects.
• Lead technical reviews and ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive engineering governance, cybersecurity compliance, reliability, and QA.
• Partner with Sales and customers to develop technical solutions and tender support.
• Oversee IT/OT integration, cloud technologies, and infrastructure security best practices.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to evaluate emerging technologies and standardize solutions.
