Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will oversee operational management across retail and F&B functions, ensuring outstanding service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all day-to-day operations across retail and F&B to drive operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee a large multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive operational efficiencies, cost management, and performance improvements across retail and F&B outlets.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics, operational budgets, and organizational reporting to track progress.
  • Direct workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives for a broad operational team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Champion innovation, sustainability, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
