Job summary:

  • Working closely with the execute team and be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the execute team to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of different businesses, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising service quality.

  • Oversee service-oriented operations across both B2B and B2C segments, ensuring high standards of after-sales support, repair service quality, and customer satisfaction across regional markets.

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of operational managers and team members across different regions, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor operational performance, analyze trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Champion a customer-centric approach by implementing initiatives to enhance the overall service experience and satisfaction of customers.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service partners to optimize supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations.

  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to develop and manage operational budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize cost efficiency.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging feedback, implementing best practices, and fostering a mindset of operational excellence.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team to cultivate a high-performing and motivated workforce.

  • Any other job tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

  • Proven experience with at least 10 years in operational leadership roles within the B2B services industry, preferably in the repair and service sector.

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multi-site operations and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Deep understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and service delivery best practices.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of technology tools for operational optimization and performance tracking.

  • Experience in managing compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment, with a high level of adaptability, resilience, and resourcefulness.
