Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s overall strategy, including defining objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and driving implementation.

• Provide effective leadership and management across all departments, including finance, HR, marketing, sales, and operations.

• Oversee financial performance to ensure profitability and cost efficiency, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.

• Serve as the primary liaison between company management and the board of directors.

• Mentor and guide senior executives to align leadership with company values, vision, and objectives.

• Develop and implement crisis management strategies to safeguard business continuity.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including investors, clients, regulators, and media representatives.

• Continuously evaluate products, services, and processes to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in executive leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing large organizations
