Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a senior manager to oversee business operations, including HR, Finance, and IT functions. Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business operations strategies, plans, and procedures aligned with overall company goals

• Oversee daily operations of HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Admin, Corporate Governance and Investor Relations functions

• Collaborate with the CEO on corporate strategy and translate strategic goals into actionable plans

• Collaborate across Board of Directors, departments, and Parent Company (based out of China) to develop and implement policies, processes and corporate governance

• Monitor key metrics and performance indicators across departments

• Represent the company in key stakeholder engagements

• Prepare reports for the CEO and Board on operational performance and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field

• 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role (COO, VP Ops, CFO etc)

• Experience working in the banking software related industry

• Proven track record in managing cross-border or multi-entity operations

• Strong financial and operational acumen, including P&L ownership

• Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance frameworks across jurisdictions

• Familiarity with enterprise software (ERP, CRM, HRIS, BI tools etc.) is a plus

• Experience working in high-growth companies, startups, or international expansion

• Average once a month of travel required
