Responsibilities

● Oversee user growth operations, driving initiatives to expand our long-term business and strategic partnerships.

● Identify and manage initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce operational risks.

● Monitor operational and risk metrics, escalating potential issues or anomalies.

● Provide recommendations to upper management that influence company and product strategy through comprehensive market research and analysis.

● Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within Operations and Marketing.

● Work with internal and external partners to address points of failure, resolve partner issues, document critical processes, and drive accountability aligned with commercial goals.

● Troubleshoot and resolve ad-hoc issues promptly.

● Manage the entire operations lifecycle from strategy to implementation.

Requirements

● Minimum 2 years of experience in the blockchain industry.

● At least 10 years of experience in Fintech, reputable internet companies, operations, or partner management.

● 3 years of management experience.

● Strong understanding of financial markets (traditional finance, fintech, venture capital) and technology.

● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a distributed, multicultural team.

● Strong commercial and operational acumen with critical problem-solving skills.

● Experience in trading operations and asset custody.

● Excellent analytical skills, capable of developing reports and utilizing tools to enhance operations and analyze industry trends.

● Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Chinese is advantageous for stakeholder communication.

● Experience and understanding of blockchain trading business is a plus.
