The COO is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of strategic plans, optimizing business processes, and driving growth in the IoT, automation, and AI-powered solutions sectors. The COO works closely with the CEO and department heads to scale operations, enhance productivity, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Business Operations
   • Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
   • Oversee the execution of company goals in line with the vision for AI, IoT, and automation solutions.
   • Ensure operational plans align with financial objectives and market trends.
   • Identify and mitigate business risks, ensuring sustainable growth.
   • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and technical operations.
   • Establish a performance-driven culture, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
   • Ensure clear communication across all departments to enhance collaboration.
   • Optimize resource allocation and budget management to maximize profitability.
   • Drive cost-efficient strategies while maintaining service quality and innovation.
   • Improve supply chain, procurement, and vendor management for IoT and automation projects.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
   • Support the CEO in partnerships, strategic alliances, and key client engagements.
   • Identify new business opportunities in AI-integrated BMS, energy-saving solutions, and IoT applications.
   • Lead contract negotiations and oversee key project implementations.
   • Ensure smooth execution of automation and IoT projects, meeting client expectations.
   • Implement quality control and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless service delivery.
   • Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance product innovation and AI-powered solutions.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
   • Ensure regulatory compliance with Singapore’s industry standards for IoT, energy management, and AI solutions.
   • Establish cybersecurity protocols and data protection policies for AI and IoT applications.
   • Develop contingency plans to mitigate operational risks.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong background in business operations, project management, and process optimization.
• Experience in IoT, automation, AI-driven solutions, or technology-driven businesses.
• Leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive company-wide initiatives.
• Financial acumen and expertise in scaling businesses.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and operational frameworks.
