Responsibilities

● Oversee operations in SEA and MENA regions.

● Drive user growth initiatives and foster strategic partnerships to support long-term business objectives.

● Identify, manage, and improve operational processes while reducing risks.

● Monitor operational and risk metrics; escalate issues or anomalies as needed.

● Provide strategic insights to upper management through market research and analysis.

● Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Operations and Marketing.

● Work with internal and external partners to resolve issues, document processes, and ensure accountability.

● Troubleshoot and resolve ad-hoc operational issues promptly.

● Manage the entire operational lifecycle from strategy to execution.

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in the blockchain industry.

● At least 5 years of experience in Fintech, reputable internet companies, operations, or partner management.

● 3+ years of management experience.

● Strong understanding of financial markets and technology.

● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.

● Excellent commercial, operational, and problem-solving skills.

● Experience in trading operations and asset custody.

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools and industry analysis.

● Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages like Chinese is advantageous.

● Experience with blockchain trading is a plus.
