We’re now looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead CAL through our next phase of growth — someone who thrives on building efficient systems, leading teams, and turning great ideas into exceptional execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all CAL outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and an excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with the CEO to translate vision into actionable plans, team structures, and performance metrics.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams spanning service, retail, customer experience, and marketing.
• Drive operational efficiency through SOPs, process improvements, and team accountability.
• Support the launch of new treatments, locations, and initiatives — making sure every part of CAL runs like clockwork.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage budgets with a sharp eye on growth and profitability.

Who You Are:

• A strategic and operational leader with 5+ years of experience in business operations, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle spaces.
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of team leadership, service standards, and customer experience.
• Confident in building internal systems that support growth, without losing the human touch.
• Comfortable working at both strategic and executional levels.
• Passionate about elevating a homegrown brand and growing with it.
