Responsibilities
  • Oversee all corporate functions including HR, IT, and Operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals
  • Provide leadership and direction to the 5 Business Units in the eldercare sector
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations across all centers in Singapore
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, partners, and donors
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role
