Job Description
- Provide professional advice on multi-layer co-extrusion film industry development and professional opinions for company decision-making, assist directors of Sunrise SG in managing business operations;
- Responsible for managing Sunrise SG's overseas factories (including new factory construction if necessary), with regular business travel to Sunrise Mexico, Sunrise Canada, and other overseas facilities when required by Sunrise SG director;
- Achieve budgets and operational targets set by Sunrise headquarters for overseas factories, and be accountable for the operational results of Sunrise's overseas facilities;
- Accept various forms of audits from Sunrise CN headquarter, be responsible for audit results and implement corrective actions;
- Complete other overseas factory-related tasks assigned by headquarters.
Requirements
- 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering disciplines, with EMBA graduation from world-class business schools (in mainland China including CEIBS, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Peking University Guanghua School of Management, etc.);
- 2. 30+ years of work experience in the flexible packaging industry, familiar with processing technologies and equipment for multi-layer co-extrusion film, gravure printing, and flexographic printing, with strong connections in related supply chains;
- 3. Proficient in corporate operational management, with experience as General Manager of companies with 300+ employees and experience in core management positions of listed companies;
- 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational coordination abilities, with strong sense of responsibility and execution capability.
Additional Notes
- 1. Educational requirements: suggest adapting to local educational terminology when publishing (domestically, this is generally "full-time college degree or above");
- 2. Salary budget: recommend publishing as $10,000 - $12,000.
Additional Technical Requirements
- 1. Familiarity with performance indicators of DOW and EXXON resin series used in the film industry, able to guide R&D and process teams;
- 2. Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, University of Hong Kong, or China's 985/211 Project universities;
- 3. Deep understanding of how to configure standard costs for film manufacturing and printing industries within ERP systems to ensure the ERP system operates scientifically and efficiently.
