Role Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated, strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work directly with the President of Qualcomm India. The role involves driving operational efficiency, prioritizing initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the India business. The ideal candidate thrives in high-impact environments, works well with senior stakeholders, and is excited about applying AI and analytics to optimize decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the President to drive strategic initiatives across business, partnerships, and internal operations.
• AI-Powered Analytics: Utilize AI tools and data platforms to generate insights, build dashboards, and track KPIs.
• Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to enhance productivity.
• Decision Support: Prepare briefing documents, business cases, and insights for leadership decisions.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, legal, finance, and HR teams to align with India goals.
• Communications: Draft internal updates, presentations, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Experience working with or reporting to senior executives.

• Structured thinker, excellent communicator, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in the tech ecosystem (semiconductors, wireless, applications, mobility preferred).
• Bachelor's in Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
