Chief of Staff (AVP/ VP) - Global Hedge Fund

Position Overview

A global hedge fund is seeking a proactive and driven AVP or VP to support the executive leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain cross-functional experience and work closely with senior leaders to help execute key projects and prioritize daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the C-Suites and executive team with managing schedules, meeting preparation, business strategies and analytics.
• Coordinate and support cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring timely progress and communication.
• Perform financial analysis on business performance, prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Help facilitate effective communication between the executive office and various teams across the organization.
• Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and executive communications.
• Track key business metrics and assist in preparing updates for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an internationally recognized university.
• Approximately 5-10 years relevant experience from global management consulting firms, hedge funds, investment banks, or financial institutions.
• Excellent analytics, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to partner with C-Suites and business heads.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
