Job Description
- Drive the marketing strategy with a focus on long-term and short-term goals.
- Handle GTM and demand generation initiatives.
- Position the organization as a market leader in digital transformation.
- Manage both services and products businesses.
- Build and maintain strong analyst relations.
- Track and strategize marketing analytics, data, and KPIs.
- Build a world-class marketing function.
- Manage budgets efficiently and optimize ROI.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and inspire the team.
- Establish thought leadership in the industry and position as a high-quality CMO.
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years of overall experience.
- Recent experience in a software product/platform organization.
- Previous experience in services organizations is also acceptable.
- Experience in GCC or Big4 firms is a plus.
- Strong expertise in GTM, demand generation, branding, PR, and analyst relations.
- Charisma and executive presence.
- Experience managing revenue.
- Must be based in Bangalore.
