Job summary

A fast-scaling fintech company in Singapore seeks an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Head of Marketing to lead its marketing efforts and build a powerful brand presence. You will be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy across brand, digital, customer acquisition, and engagement, collaborating with multiple teams to achieve the company's growth objectives, and managing a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fintech marketing, leadership experience, and a keen understanding of the Singapore market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within fintech, digital banking, or consumer tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that delivered measurable user and revenue growth in Singapore.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention in Singapore.
  • Oversee performance marketing, content strategy, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, PR, and influencer marketing.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align marketing efforts with user experience and product development.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, content, and communications.
  • Define and own marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer lifetime value metrics.
  • Identify market trends and consumer insights to shape messaging and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Manage external agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors to optimize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within fintech, digital banking, or consumer tech industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that delivered measurable user and revenue growth in Singapore
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, brand building, and PR
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore fintech ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and consumer behavior
