They are seeking a visionary and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the strategic marketing function, drive brand positioning, accelerate customer acquisition, and strengthen client engagement across all channels. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CMO will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s growth and digital transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute an integrated global marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead branding, advertising, public relations, and digital initiatives to strengthen brand equity and market positioning.
  • Build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team across key geographies.
  • Oversee all digital marketing programs including SEO/SEM, paid media, content marketing, CRM, and analytics.
  • Leverage marketing technology and automation to drive personalized, scalable campaigns.
  • Enhance the firm’s digital presence across web, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Use market intelligence and data analytics to inform product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead customer segmentation and insights programs to optimize targeting and retention efforts.
  • Partner with product, sales, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
  • Oversee corporate communications, media relations, and crisis communications strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across internal and external touchpoints.
  • Build thought leadership through content, events, and industry partnerships.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on all initiatives.
  • Implement robust KPIs and dashboards to track performance across campaigns and channels.
  • Regularly report on marketing impact to C-suite and board stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 15 years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 10 years in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in building brands and scaling customer acquisition in regulated, B2B and/or B2C environments.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed, multinational organizations.
