Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, providing strategic legal guidance to management, and minimizing legal risks. As the CLO, you will act as a trusted advisor to the board, CEO, and senior executives, ensuring all business practices, policies, and dealings comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Your key responsibilities will involve developing and leading corporate legal strategy, advising on corporate strategies and risk management, and overseeing legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships.
