Adecco is partnering with an Asset/Fund management firm, and we are currently looking for a Chief Investor Relations Officer to join their business.

Responsibilities:

• Investor Engagement & Events
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact events, seminars, and webinars to keep existing clients informed and engaged with our investment funds.
  • Foster strong ongoing relationships with key institutional and retail investors through personalized outreach and regular communication.

• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns promoting our investment products across appropriate channels.
  • Create compelling content and collateral aligned with brand guidelines to drive investor interest and fund visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams/agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.

• Business Proposals & Budgeting
  • Prepare detailed business proposals outlining marketing strategies, anticipated outcomes, and budget requirements.
  • Work closely with the executive team to secure and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

• Investor Outreach & Relationship Management
  • Lead outreach initiatives to expand the investor base and increase fund subscriptions.
  • Monitor investor feedback and market trends to adjust communication strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Chinese and global capital markets to effectively communicate fund value propositions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations, marketing, or business development within the asset management or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in senior or leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing investor relations and marketing for Chinese investment funds.
• Fluency in Mandarin (native or near-native proficiency) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong network within Chinese financial markets and investor community is highly desirable.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with C-suite executives, clients, and regulatory
