Adecco is partnering with an Asset/Fund management firm, and we are currently looking for a Chief Investor Relations Officer to join their business.
Responsibilities:
- Investor Engagement & Events
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact events, seminars, and webinars to keep existing clients informed and engaged with our investment funds.
- Foster strong ongoing relationships with key institutional and retail investors through personalized outreach and regular communication.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns promoting our investment products across appropriate channels.
- Create compelling content and collateral aligned with brand guidelines to drive investor interest and fund visibility.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams/agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Business Proposals & Budgeting
- Prepare detailed business proposals outlining marketing strategies, anticipated outcomes, and budget requirements.
- Work closely with the executive team to secure and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Investor Outreach & Relationship Management
- Lead outreach initiatives to expand the investor base and increase fund subscriptions.
- Monitor investor feedback and market trends to adjust communication strategies accordingly.
- Maintain deep understanding of Chinese and global capital markets to effectively communicate fund value propositions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations, marketing, or business development within the asset management or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in senior or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing investor relations and marketing for Chinese investment funds.
- Fluency in Mandarin (native or near-native proficiency) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong network within Chinese financial markets and investor community is highly desirable.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
