Job description

This Position is with one of Our Clients in Bangalore. Seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Architect to lead the development of innovative technology products from conception to execution in the digital global capability center (GCC) space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to drive product strategy and development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Role Description

• Define what's possible in the Digital GCoE/GCC paradigm, working with the software and management teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of developers, engineers, and designers to bring the product to life.
• Identify talent needs and actively participate in hiring processes or vendor selection for outsourced development.
• Work with software engineers, product management, and the business team to define and refine the product architecture in alignment with business, development, deployment, and maintenance needs.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the customer context while making technical decisions and choices.
• Work with customers and product line management to identify, refine, and translate customer needs into concrete technical requirements.
• Lead and support architectural decisions and tasks.
• Review technical designs and provide guidance to the software engineering team on technical and architectural design decisions.
• Research, evaluate, and prototype new methodologies and technologies to align the business vision into the technical product roadmap.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
• At least 9+ years of experience in software engineering and proven experience in software design.
