Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall IT and digital strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems and infrastructure
• Ensure robust cybersecurity practices and regulatory compliance
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Oversee data governance, information management, and business intelligence initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technology services and products
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and support technology needs across the organization
• Prepare and manage the IT budget and track ROI on technology investments
• Report regularly to the CEO and executive board on key IT initiatives, risks, and performance metrics
