Job description
    You will be joining a leading Financial Services organization based in Mumbai as the Head of HR. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the HR function, requiring a combination of strong strategic and operational HR experience.To be considered for this position, you should hold an MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institute with 17-24 years of experience, specifically in the BFSI vertical. You will report directly to the Managing Director and lead a team, necessitating prior experience in setting up HR for the B2C Division of an NBFC.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of restructuring HR systems, processes, and organizational structures. Additionally, you should have exposure to both system-driven mid/large-sized companies as well as start-ups or scale-ups. Your expertise should encompass various HR domains such as organization structure design, job role definition, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), translating business strategy into HR strategy, Core HR Generalist experience, Rewards & Recognition frameworks, compliance and labor law proficiency, performance management and employee engagement, as well as Learning & Development (L&D) and Organization Development (OD) initiatives.This opportunity offers an attractive salary package and promising prospects for career advancement.
