Type: Full-Time | Executive Leadership

Seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the client's people agenda and ensuring HR strategies align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the full suite of HR functions, a strong understanding of regional HR practices in APAC, and a demonstrated ability to interface with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also bring a blend of experience from both large, complex organizations and smaller, more agile environments, demonstrating adaptability and a broad perspective on organizational dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & HR Operations

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in HR service delivery

2. Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Shape workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies
  • Foster leadership development programs to grow high-potential talent across the region
  • Build an inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on human capital matters
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align HR initiatives with company-wide priorities
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, including vendors, consultants, industry groups, and regulatory bodies

4. Compliance & Risk Mitigation

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are in full compliance with local employment laws and international standards
  • Champion ethical practices, diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization

5. Regional Expertise (APAC)

  • Provide leadership across multiple countries in the APAC region, ensuring cultural sensitivity and alignment with local norms
  • Guide region-specific HR initiatives, including workforce mobility, employment law compliance, and talent market insights

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR disciplines, from strategy to operations
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement at board and executive levels
  • Demonstrated success managing HR functions across multiple APAC countries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HRM preferred)
