Job description

  • Lead the development and execution of forward-thinking HR strategies to support business goals and workforce agility.

  • Drive HR transformation and digitalisation, including adoption of HR technologies and system enhancements.

  • Oversee end-to-end talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance development, employee relations, and succession planning.

  • Champion change management practices and foster employee engagement through strong communication and culture-building efforts.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, as well as corporate HR policies and standards.

  • Provide strategic HR advisory and partnership to executive leadership and business units, particularly within supply chain operations.

  • Promote robust corporate governance and uphold high ethical standards across the organisation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Additional qualifications such as a Graduate Diploma in HR, Organisation Development, Supply Chain Management or professional HR certification are preferred.

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles in sectors such as public healthcare, supply chain, or logistics.

  • Strong background in HR strategy formulation and execution, particularly in supply chain or logistics environments.

  • Proven success in driving HR transformation and workforce optimisation through the use of technology.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and data-driven decision-making.
