Job description

Seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to lead HR function and drive transformative initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and matrix reporting to the Board Staff Committee, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge HR strategies to enhance workforce agility and performance. You will lead all aspects of human resource management, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and development. You will drive performance management, employee relations and succession planning initiatives. You will champion change management and digital transformation in HR processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies. You will also optimize workforce efficiency in a supply chain environment, partner with senior leadership to drive organisational excellence and champion corporate governance whilst fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity, collaboration, innovation and operational excellence throughout the organisation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field

Preferably with Graduate Diploma in Human Resource, Organization Development or Supply Chain Management and its equivalent or certification in HR (for example, SHRM-SCP or equivalent)

• At least 15 years of Human Resource experience, including at least 10 years in leadership roles in public healthcare, supply chain or logistics

• Expertise in HR strategies for supply chain or logistics operations

• Proven track record in HR transformation, technology adoption and workforce optimization

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR systems (for example, SAP SuccessFactors)

• Excellent stakeholder management and regulatory compliance expertise

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, commitment to excellence and ability to uphold the highest standards of integrity.
