We are currently seeking a Chief Human Resource Officer to help us build a best-in-class organization. In this role, you will participate in designing, developing, and implementing architectural deliverables for custom projects and products. Working closely with leads, testers, customers, project/product managers, and designers, you will play a crucial role in driving our HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience, including at least 5 years leading internal HR teams. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and high organizational and interpersonal awareness. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

Your responsibilities will include strategic HR planning, talent development, total rewards management, employee communication, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, compliance with employment laws, employee relations, and HR application management. You will also be the point of contact for employee safety measures and industry trend updates.
