The ideal candidate must bring deep technical knowledge, strong regulatory familiarity, and hands-on experience with SGX compliance. This role requires fluency in Mandarin due to business communication needs with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules, SFRS, and regulatory requirements, including the preparation of SGX announcement packs.

  • Candidates must be immediately operational – no training or onboarding will be provided.
