Job Responsibilities:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals and advise management on financial planning and risk management
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s financial regulations and statutory reporting requirements
• Lead the development of internal controls and accounting policies in line with best practices
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and relevant authorities
• Support client engagements by offering high-level financial and regulatory advisory, especially in areas of incorporation and accounting compliance
• Contribute to strategic decision-making as a member of the senior leadership team

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, with at least 5 years as a CFO
• Major in Economics or Business Management is preferred
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, corporate taxation, and accounting standards
• Experience in the consulting or professional services sector is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
