Job description

• Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors to support long-term business growth and corporate objectives.

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

• Analyze complex financial data to support executive decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement and cost control.

• Manage corporate cash flow, investments, capital structure, and risk management strategies.

• Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and transparency in reporting across the organization.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Serve as the key liaison for auditors, regulators, and investors, ensuring full compliance with SGX and statutory requirements.
  

REQUIREMENT:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent professional qualification.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CFO role.

• Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, corporate reporting, and stakeholder management.

• Prior experience with SGX-listed companies and/or within the construction industry is a must.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage complex financial operations.
