Job description

1. Establish the organizational structure of the financial department, defining roles and responsibilities for the team.

2. Lead team building initiatives and staff training programs to enhance work efficiency and foster growth.

3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and orderly financial operations.

4. Oversee the quality and efficiency of all financial activities.

5. Establish a comprehensive financial system that includes accounting, budget management, profit analysis, treasury functions, and reporting.

6. Design and implement internal control systems and procedures aligned with the company's risk management strategies, covering pricing, FX, credit, compliance, and tax risks, and monitor daily operations to safeguard assets and funds.

7. Develop financing and cash management strategies to support operational needs, control liquidity, and oversee daily financial activities such as payments, receivables, borrowings, repayments, and import/export LC negotiations.

8. Maintain relationships with banks, tax authorities, auditors, external consultants, shareholders' finance departments, and other relevant entities.
