We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing financial operations. The Finance Controller will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, conducting variance analysis, interpreting financial data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts.The candidate should have experience in fund raising via VC or listing, and will be expected to establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and mitigate risks. Responsibilities include coordinating with auditors, analyzing costs, providing cost-effective strategies, and overseeing inventory tracking and valuation. The Finance Controller will also provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, assess investment opportunities, and lead a team of finance professionals.To qualify for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for CA certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles is required, along with proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
