The Role:

· Budget Development and Financial Reporting: Collaborate with senior management to create comprehensive budget proposals. Provide stakeholders with access to project finance data while ensuring compliance with contracts and grants, and timely reporting.

· Revenue and Economic Analysis: Conduct thorough research on revenue generation opportunities and examine economic trends. Analyze internal operations to identify potential cost-saving measures and enhance processes.

· Risk Management and Capital Oversight: Implement risk management strategies through the careful evaluation of company liabilities and investments. Assess and manage the capital structure, including fundraising initiatives to support organizational growth.

· Business Performance Monitoring: Utilize tracking tools to monitor business performance, implement corrective measures as necessary, and prepare detailed financial reports for earnings calls and company-wide presentations.

Experience and Qualifications:

· At least 10 years working experience related with financial position

· More than 10 years of originating, analyzing, and manage budgeting.

· Deep knowledge in multi nation company operation.

· Proficiency in mandarin will be vital in this role to deal with mandarin speaking counterparts
