The Position: We’re looking for a Chief Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Developing financial strategies for company growth through acquisitions
• Conducting financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisition targets
• Structuring financing options for acquisitions (debt, equity, hybrid)
• Managing relationships with financial institutions and investors
• Creating post-acquisition integration financial plans

Requirements:

• Proven experience with mergers and acquisitions financing
• Proficient skills in due diligence, valuation, financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with raising capital and structuring acquisition deals
• In-depth knowledge in financial risk assessment related to acquisitions
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
• Experience with corporate financial planning and strategy

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent financial qualifications would be advantageous
• Continuous professional development in corporate finance areas

Full-Time position.

Working Hour(s): 9.00 am - 6.30 pm, Mon - Fri.

Salary: $6000 - $10000 SGD per month
