Job Duties:
  • Strategic Leadership
    Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision and strategy.
    Set performance goals and ensure they are met.
    Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Operational Oversight
    Oversee daily operations and ensure business efficiency and productivity.
    Lead and coordinate executive team members (e.g., CFO, COO, CMO).
    Implement policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Financial Stewardship
    Approve budgets and manage resources to ensure financial health.
    Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions when needed.
    Work closely with the CFO to align financial strategy with company goals.
  • Stakeholder Management
    Serve as the primary spokesperson and representative of the company.
    Maintain strong relationships with shareholders, board members, customers, partners, and regulators.
    Report to the board of directors and provide timely updates on company performance and risks.
  • Corporate Governance & Risk Management
    Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    Promote a strong ethical culture and corporate social responsibility.
  • Team Leadership & Culture
    Inspire, motivate, and develop leadership talent.
