Chief Executive Officer

Position Overview:

We seek a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our strategic growth, optimize operations, and expand our global supply chain network. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the fruit industry, strong leadership acumen, and a proven ability to drive profitability in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing long-term business strategies to enhance market share and profitability.
• Oversee end-to-end operations, including procurement, logistics, quality control, and distribution.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with global suppliers (e.g Southeast Asia, South America, Europe) to secure competitive pricing and reliable fruit supply.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and risk management to ensure sustainable growth.
• Foster a high-performance culture, mentoring senior managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory standards, food safety protocols, and sustainability practices.
• Represent the company in industry events, negotiations, and stakeholder engagements.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years related-industry (Fruits and Dry food whole trading) working experiences
• Proven track record in scaling businesses and managing P&L for organizations
• Extensive network of suppliers in major fruit-exporting regions/countries (e.g., Korea, Japan, Thailand, Australia, China, South Africa).
• Expertise in global trade regulations, cold chain logistics, and perishable inventory management.
• Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM start times) to align with global supplier time zones and shipment schedules.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Strategic thinker with agility to adapt to market fluctuations and lead organizational change.
