Role Summary

We are helping a fast-growing, Chinese-backed e-commerce group that owns and scales a portfolio of online retail brands sold primarily on Amazon U.S. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, execution-oriented CEO to be based in Singapore and lead our next phase of growth—doubling revenue and enterprise value.

You will own the full P&L, shape the long-term asset strategy, and orchestrate cross-border teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Vision: Translate market intelligence and consumer data into actionable growth initiatives.
  2. P&L & Performance Management
  3. Amazon & E-commerce Excellence
  4. Oversee China-based sourcing, QA, and 3PL partnerships to ensure cost-efficient, scalable supply chain.
  5. Harmonize U.S. demand planning with China production cycles.
  6. M&A & Asset Scaling
  7. Team Leadership & Culture

Requirements

  1. 10+ years in executive leadership for consumer brands or marketplace sellers.
  2. Demonstrated success scaling revenue on Amazon or equivalent platforms in US.
  3. Track record of selling Chinese-made products to U.S. consumers and navigating import, compliance and branding challenges.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
  5. Data-driven decision-maker fluent in financial modeling, unit economics and marketplace analytics.
  6. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change;
  7. Legally eligible to work in Singapore; willingness to travel to China and the U.S.
