With a strong focus on precision engineering, innovation, and global expansion, we are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our strategic transformation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Define, articulate, and execute a global corporate strategy, balancing innovation, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Oversee end-to-end business operations covering manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, and international business units.
- Drive innovation in gearbox technology, strengthening the company’s position as a trusted global partner for advanced industrial solutions.
- Lead strategic growth initiatives, including new market penetration, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities.
- Ensure robust corporate governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks are in place.
- Champion digital transformation and Industry 4.0 adoption across all business units.
- Inspire and mentor a high-performance executive team, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership as CEO/Managing Director in the industrial equipment, gearbox, or heavy machinery sector.
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge in precision engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Minimum 20 years of senior leadership experience, with extensive exposure to global operations and P&L ownership.
- Demonstrated success in strategic expansion, global partnerships, and corporate restructuring.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
- Master or Doctorate in Engineering/Business Administration.
