  Define and implement the company’s long-term strategy and business goals in alignment with the Board of Directors' vision.
• Business Development:
  Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas. Drive innovation and expansion initiatives locally and regionally.
• Team Management:
  Build and lead a high-performing team. Inspire and motivate staff while maintaining a strong, collaborative company culture.
• Financial Oversight:
  Oversee budgeting, financial performance, forecasting, and ensure proper risk management and resource allocation.
• Operational Excellence:
  Ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the company.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Act as the face of the company to external stakeholders, partners, government bodies, and the public.
