The Role
  • Lead the company’s travel business development and operations across Southeast Asia and China.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Oversee project planning, negotiations, contract signing, and successful execution.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of overseas business strategies.
  • Conduct business trips to overseas markets for meetings, negotiations, and market research.
  • Coordinate resources related to tourism, and cross-border collaboration.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of management experience in the travel or related industries, with proven overseas market exposure.
  • Strong command of both Mandarin and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Excellent business negotiation and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asia’s travel resources and destination operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
