Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with Singapore government departments to secure policy support and establish regional headquarters companies and institutions in Singapore;

2. Responsible for strategic planning, investment and financing, and daily operations management of new regional headquarters companies and institutions;

3. Build and lead the Singapore team to support the global headquarters and coordinate with other regional developments.

Job Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above from a QS Top 100 university, majoring in finance or investment-related fields;

2. Over 20 years of work experience in diversified multinational corporations, with preference given to candidates who have held core leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies;

3. Strong connections with the Singaporean government and local networks, with a willingness to establish the regional headquarters in a down-to-earth manner;

4. Strong strategic planning, investment and financing, and operational management capabilities;

5. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
