Spearhead the conceptualisation, design, and development of complex automation systems and semiconductor machines
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and R&D teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects
Oversee the testing and validation of prototypes to ensure they meet or exceed performance and quality standards
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them in their professional development
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation and semiconductor technologies
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions
Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing automation systems or semiconductor equipment
Demonstrated expertise in CAD software, simulation tools, and project management methodologies
Proficient in interpreting technical specifications, blueprints, and schematics
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Thorough understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
