You will manage audits, coordinate regulatory responses, and drive improvements in risk management while collaborating with risk, IT, legal and compliance teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience with at least 10 years in cyber risk management and governance.
• Deep expertise in risk management frameworks, IT governance, cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing audits and regulatory compliance in technology, cybersecurity, and information security.
• Knowledge across Cryptographic Key Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and AI Risk Management.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide cyber governance and controls support across SMBC branches and franchises to ensure consistent security standards.
• Collaborate with local franchise teams to assess security posture and align with corporate policies.
• Serve as liaison between corporate governance and franchise operations to address tech risk and compliance.
• Develop and maintain security governance standards, policies, and procedures.
• Align controls with corporate policies, regulatory mandates, and industry frameworks.
• Monitor adherence to cybersecurity controls and governance practices across all business units.
• Partner with business units and IT teams to standardize cyber risk and information security processes.
• Identify gaps within IT and IS frameworks and implement improvements to enhance security posture.
• Oversee cybersecurity audits, assurance activities, and regulatory engagements; manage audit responses and documentation.
• Coordinate and support internal audit activities related to security controls across the enterprise and franchises.
• Prepare and manage audit documentation, respond to findings, and track remediation plans.
• Develop and deliver security training programs and share best practices across franchises.
• Communicate effectively to raise awareness of cyber security policies and changes, fostering compliance.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk Management, IT Operations, Legal and Compliance teams to integrate governance.
• Engage with franchise leadership to support governance initiatives and strengthen communication channels.
