With a mission to redefine how businesses and consumers interact with financial services, they combines cutting-edge technology with customer-centric strategies to deliver seamless digital financial experiences. They are now seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to join them. As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and deepening client engagement across key markets. You will lead the Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Partnerships teams and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's go-to-market approach and growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy: Define and implement the commercial strategy to accelerate growth and expand the company’s footprint across new and existing markets.
  • Revenue Leadership: Own the P&L for all revenue-generating functions, ensuring strong performance and profitability across business units.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and scale high-performing sales, marketing, and business development teams; foster a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish high-impact partnerships with financial institutions, payment providers, digital platforms, and ecosystem partners.
  • Customer Focus: Champion a customer-first approach across all commercial functions to ensure product-market fit and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion: Drive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions on product positioning, pricing, and entry into new geographies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Operations, and Technology to ensure alignment of commercial goals with company objectives.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO and Board on commercial performance, forecasts, and strategic opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • At least 15 years of commercial leadership experience, with a strong track record in fintech, financial services, payments, or digital banking
  • Proven success in scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue in high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of digital financial products, customer acquisition strategies, and regulatory frameworks across relevant markets
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring cross-functional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions
