Job Summary

We're seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead market entry and develop client partnerships in the pharmaceutical APIs sector. This role focuses on sales enablement, market development, identifying new opportunities, and strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical API industry and a strong network to establish a significant market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. P&L Management: Drive and oversee profit and loss for assigned products.
  2. Market Entry & Expansion: Open new market pathways for pharmaceutical APIs by leveraging existing networks and developing strategic entry points.
  3. Partnership Development: Initiate and negotiate client partnerships with pharmaceutical and drug companies, along with other stakeholders.
  4. Business Opportunity Identification: Recognize and capitalize on new business opportunities within the API market, aligned with organizational goals.
  5. Industry Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections within the pharmaceutical industry to enhance market presence and foster partnerships.
  6. Market Intelligence: Provide insights on market dynamics, emerging trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align production, supply chain, and marketing efforts with market demands.
