Freshers Welcome | 3 Rounds of Interviews

Because behind every birthday is a story waiting to be told beautifully. We're looking for a warm, creative, detail-obsessed Events Curator who can imagine magical birthday moments and bring them to life from start to finish. You’ll be the heart of the celebration, working with families, managing vendors, designing themes, and ensuring every candle, ribbon, and backdrop lands exactly right.

What You'll Do
  1. Creative & Theme Design: Discuss ideas with families, design personalized birthday themes, create moodboards, color palettes, decor layouts, and curate props, signage, backdrops, return gifts, and personalized elements. Suggest entertainment options and outfits if needed.
  2. Planning & Execution: Plan event timelines, conduct venue visits, maintain checklists, and coordinate setup. Ensure the event runs smoothly and on time.
  3. Vendor Coordination & Management: Coordinate with decorators, balloon artists, cake vendors, photographers, caterers, and manage inventory and rentals. Negotiate rates and confirm deliverables.
  4. Client Communication & Experience: Build relationships with families, guide them through planning, and manage last-minute concerns. Ensure families feel relaxed and heard.
  5. On-Ground Execution: Oversee setup, handle challenges calmly, and ensure celebration moments go smoothly.
  6. Post-Event Duties: Coordinate content delivery, gather feedback, thank vendors, and archive event memories.
Who You Are
  • You care about the small things that create big feelings.
  • You’re creative, organized, and love making moments special.
  • You’re calm under pressure, hands-on, and detail-driven.
  • You enjoy being around people and making their moments matter.
  • Bonus: You have experience in event planning (personal, college, freelance, etc.).
Interview Process
  1. Intro Call: Let's get to know each other.
  2. Creative Task: Show us your event thinking on ground.
  3. Final Round: Walk through your ideas with the team.
