Job description

Overview:

A leading company in the crypto payment space is seeking a seasoned commercial and operations leader to join our executive team.

We are looking for a high-performing executive with deep experience in on/off ramp payment solutions and a proven track record of driving growth through complex solution sales (SaaS, APIs, integrations). This role will have dual responsibility for leading business development and overseeing day-to-day company operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with strong execution skills and a deep understanding of payment infrastructure and crypto ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through leadership of our Business Development team
  • Lead and manage complex sales cycles across SaaS, API, and crypto payment solutions
  • Own and expand partnerships with key on-ramp/off-ramp ecosystem players (banks, PSPs, exchanges, wallets, etc.)
  • Oversee core company operations and ensure seamless alignment between commercial and operational teams
  • Work closely with the founding team to set and execute company strategy

Ideal Background:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or revenue leadership roles, with at least 3 years in crypto payments, fintech, or API-based SaaS solutions
  • Proven success in complex solution sales – especially involving technical integrations or regulated financial products
  • Strong operator mindset – able to build processes, drive team performance, and manage execution end-to-end
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams including sales, partnerships, and operations
  • Passionate about crypto, Web3, and the future of digital finance
