Job summary

FPT Thailand is seeking a Chief Architect to define and govern the architecture strategy across delivery, pre-sales, and innovation initiatives in APAC markets. The role partners with executives to ensure scalable, secure architectures for multiple industries including Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, and Enterprise.

Lead architecture for large-scale programs, drive modern tech adoption (cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps, AI/ML), and mentor architects across the region to uphold governance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with solution/enterprise architecture
• Proven track record leading architecture for large-scale, multi-year programs
• Experience across cloud, application architecture, integration, data, and security
• Experience in pre-sales, bid management, and client-facing architecture roles
• Experience across APAC markets and multicultural teams is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Define and own regional architecture vision, principles, standards, and best practices
• Establish and govern architecture frameworks (enterprise, solution, data, cloud, and integration)
• Chair or lead Architecture Review Boards (ARB) for key deals and deliveries
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, translating business challenges into end-to-end technology architectures
• Lead architecture for complex bids, RFPs, and strategic pursuits
• Provide architectural oversight during design, build, and deployment phases
• Drive adoption of cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps, data platforms, AI/ML, and modernisation
• Coach architects on stakeholder management and governance
• Ensure security, regulatory, and compliance requirements are embedded
