We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of our organization. The CAO will play a key leadership role in ensuring efficient business operations, implementing policies, and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Oversee and manage administrative, operational, and financial functions of the organization.
• Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with executives and department heads to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Supervise and provide leadership to administrative staff and department managers.
• Establish and enforce policies that align with the firm’s growth strategy and industry best practices.

• Any other tasks as assigned by Managing Partner.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Proven experience in a senior administrative or leadership role.

• Good financial acumen and budget management skills, and resource allocation
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
