1. Management of Operations
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance targets.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Implement systems and processes that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
2. Oversight of Administrative Functions
- Provide leadership and oversight of core support functions, including:
Human Resources: Workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
Information Technology: IT infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, and cybersecurity.
Legal & Compliance: Risk management, contract review, and regulatory compliance.
Finance (in coordination with CFO): Budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation. - Ensure that all administrative departments are aligned and working cohesively to support broader business objectives.
3. Executive Support to the CEO
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and act as a proxy where appropriate.
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects and internal matters to reduce the CEO’s day-to-day workload.
- Foster a high-functioning environment where the CEO can focus on business strategy, partnerships, and external engagement.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a liaison between departments, fostering communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Drive change management efforts and lead special projects related to organizational development, restructuring, or digital innovation.
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in administrative or operational roles.
- Proven track record of managing business operations, back-office functions, and executive-level initiatives.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Experience in digital transformation or scaling operations is a plus.
