AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is hiring a Chemist for its Tuas site in Singapore. The role focuses on supervising laboratory technicians, updating SOPs, and ensuring raw materials meet established standards.

This position also involves maintaining instruments, analyzing in-progress work, retaining and analyzing finished product samples, and supporting GMP audits, validation, and change control activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry with 2 years relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coach laboratory technicians.
• Review and update SOPs.
• Inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with established standards.
• Maintain instruments in optimal condition and conduct checks & analyses on work‑in‑progress.
• Retain and analyze finished product samples from production.
• Assist failure analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and customer complaint resolution.
• Support GMP audits, validation, qualification, and change control activities.
• Maintain product quality records and technical files.
• Prepare technical reports, standards, and specifications for processes, products, or tests.
