Job description

· Precious Metal extraction using various equipment

· Perform laboratory elemental analysis using ICEP OES

· Monitor chemical processes and adjust parameters to maintain product quality and process efficiency

· Lead and train chemist to ensure a high-performing team

· Conduct or oversee laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

· Maintain and manage equipment, consumables, and chemicals

· Prepare and execute operational documents, ISO, and procedures

· Assist and ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety (EHS), NEA regulations and guidelines, general risk assessments and other safety assessments.
